To qualify, participants must identify as:
- *a Black woman
- *a current doctoral student or candidate
- *be enrolled at Howard University

Call for Research Participants - Exploring the Lived Experiences of Black Mothering-Students Navigating Four-Year Undergraduate Programs
This study aims to investigate the lived experiences of Black mothering-students navigating four-year undergraduate programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must meet one of the following:
1. Currently enrolled in your 2nd year of coursework or higher.
2. Did not obtain a degree but completed at least 30 credit hours within the last 10 years.
3. A graduate who earned your degree within the last 10 years.

Call for Research Participants - Private HBCU Development Officers to the Rescue!
This study aims to explore the lived experiences of Black development officers at Private HBCUs and how they obtain resources for their institutions. The objective of this study is to examine the fundraising practices and experiences of Black Development Officers at private HBCUs.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to participate in this research if you:
1. Identify as African American or as a Black American.
2. Work at a private HBCU at the time of the study.
3. Have at least 2 years of experience in fundraising/philanthropy under the following titles: (Development director, Major gifts officer, Annual giving director, Alumni relations director/officer, Planned giving officer, Presidents, Vice Presidents/Chancellors)
